Hey mumshies! It’s me again, your millennial mother on social media!
Being a full time mother, there are a lot of things running in my mind. I have to take charge and be organized throughout the day and always have a meal prepared for my family. One of the biggest task I have to do in a day is to cook my families’ meals and prepare their school snacks. This takes a lot of preparation and time that I don’t have. Being a millennial mother, I rely on modern gadgets and kitchen appliances to make my life easier. My kitchen staple is the crockpot and the toaster, I can create delicious and easy meals for my kids without worrying about being burnt at all. At night, I cook and prepare meals for the following day which is always easy for a full time mother. The only problem I have is that my eldest son is going through a stage where he only likes to eat fried food. This has been difficult for me because I don’t want him to keep on eating fried food because of the danger it gives to a child’s health but at the same time, I want my son to be fed.
This is why I instantly fell in love with Delonghi’s Low- Oil Fryer and Multi-cooker. This kitchen appliance is easy to use and can keep my kids healthy because it fries without the use of oil! During the demo we had, we fried up Fish nuggets which were surprisingly delicious. It was crunchy and wasn’t oily at all. I was so excited to start cooking with their Low- Oil Fryer and Multi cooker because of the perks of frying with no oil.
We started making fried chicken, and it was as easy as using a turbo boiler! The crunchy skin of the chicken surprised me since we didn’t use any oil at all. Everything was cooked in about 30 minutes which was perfect for a quick dinner prep while playing with the kiddos.
From our main dish we moved to dessert, we used the Low- Oil Fryer and Multi-cooker to create mini cakes and it was super easy to use. Can you believe this appliance can also make pizza?
Something that really caught my attention was their Delonghi App. This nifty app has customized recipes depending on what type of appliance you have. For their Low- Oil Fryer and Multi-cooker they have recipes for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and even savory desserts! You will never run out of ideas when you have this app.
Early morning coffee is important for a busy mother like me, quality coffee is a must because with the full schedule I have, instant coffee will not do. I would usually pass through my local coffee shop to have my first dose of coffee before starting my day, but things have not been easy when I became a mother of two. I don’t have the luxury of time to get ready early and grab coffee because I’m too busy feeding the kids their breakfast and getting them ready for school. That’s why having a quality coffee maker is a must in our home, creating strong yet smooth blends cannot be achieved in any ordinary coffee machine.
The Pump Espresso Maker has a breakthrough design with its simple and contemporary shape for every kitchen. The machine is equipped with thermo block and electronics in order to enhance performance. It’s metal body gives a professional feel even if you are only making coffee at home! The price of this espresso maker was for PHP 19,800.00.
We also took a try at making our home made coffee which was fun to do! We got to choose our favorite coffee flavored ice cream and the results were amazing. I could only imagine my kids having so much fun making their own ice cream at home.
All in all the day ended with us feasting over the meals we created with Delonghi. For more information about their latest products, visit their website here.
